Full tank of gas, two 3/4 helmets, two rain ponchos, first aid kit and an emergency phone to reach him and his team at any time during the day or night. Bike worked wonderfully with no issues. After 4 days he came back to the resort to pick up the bike. Easiest, no hassle, best value bike rental I’ve ever encountered!

Mike was immediately responsive through whatsapp and offered me a range of... read more bike choices. I am an experienced rider so wanted to rent a decent road bike to do a trip over Hai Van Pass (highly reccomended, beautiful road and sightseeing). 30mins later, Mike's staff deliver a nice bike to the doorstep of my villa. It came with a full tank, a bag with 2 rain ponchos, an emergency phone, first aid kit, and 2 very decent helmets. They don't fool around. Best of all, I was sent a very extensive email with a huge variety of routes to do around Hoi An, with many many interesting sightseeing attractions, using the most out of the beaten track. We were able to find beautiful roads, through villages and rice paddies, it was breathtaking. We ended up doing 400km on that bike and I have to say it behaved in accord to the demands for most of the ride.

Sadly the clutch started giving up during the last stretch of the trip, and I made my way quickly without further detours back to our resort. Once I arrived I contacted Mike to get the bike replaced by one of his scooters. Upon explaining the problem to him, I was very surprised that he made himself available to offer me a SUBSTANCIAL DISCOUNT FOR THE WHOLE EXTENT OF MY STAY, plus offering me his very best brand new maxi scooter for the remaining days of my stay for the small commutes between An Bang Beach and Hoi An.

From all my road trips in South East Asia (I've lived here for 8 years) I have never encountered such a reliable and honest business. Customer care 100%, Politeness and responsiveness 100%.

They even supply a free emergency mobile phone which I thought was a nice touch. You probably can get cheaper bike rental as rental service everywhere, but I am a believer of you get what you pay for. We had the Yamaha 155 fully automatic. It had sufficient power and size for the our trip riding pillion . They make what’s app contact for you and then you And keep in contact with company for any changes etc and mike supplies loads of links and information about the area.
