The motorbikes were delivered free of charge to our hotel with very good clean helmets.
The motorbikes were in perfect condition.
Excellent service from the even the first telephone call right though to giving the motor bikes back.
We live in Hanoi and have been to Hoi An loads of times and we never had such good bikes.
Also before leaving Hanoi Mike sent us lots of itineraries for visits in the area, very well planned out. Off the beaten track. Free of heavy traffic. And interesting commentaries.

Full tank of gas, two 3/4 helmets, two rain ponchos, first aid kit and an emergency phone to reach him and his team at any time during the day or night. Bike worked wonderfully with no issues. After 4 days he came back to the resort to pick up the bike. Easiest, no hassle, best value bike rental I’ve ever encountered!
