I, unfortunately crashed the bike on my way to the airport and broke my ankle and Minh, Kane and the team went above and beyond with their customer service. The bike was taken care of and Minh looked after me until I was checked in at the airport, as I was injured and traveling alone. He even bought me a Bánh mì before he left, so I wouldn’t get too hungry. The prices and costs of damages were fair, and I would recommend Hoi An Bike Rental to anyone looking for a quality ride with friendly service!

This was our first time riding motorbikes, but Hoi An is a great place to learn because it is far less hectic than the cities of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh. Occasionally, I use them to short rent a more powerful bike for weekend to go to Hai Van pass or explore around the country side.

I got a Honda Air Blade which is a powerful 125 CC bike which I'm used to riding in Thailand. Great condition too.

Contacted Mike through WhatsApp the response was immediate, the choice of bike perfect. We decided on 125 two Honda AirBlades. The price was good.
The motorbikes were delivered free of charge to our hotel with very good clean helmets.
The motorbikes were in perfect condition.
Excellent service from the even the first telephone call right though to giving the motor bikes back.
We live in Hanoi and have been to Hoi An loads of times and we never had such good bikes.
Also before leaving Hanoi Mike sent us lots of itineraries for visits in the area, very well planned out. Off the beaten track. Free of heavy traffic. And interesting commentaries.
They collected the bikes from our hotel on our last day there.
We definitely recommend Mike and his team.

Full tank of gas, two 3/4 helmets, two rain ponchos, first aid kit and an emergency phone to reach him and his team at any time during the day or night. Bike worked wonderfully with no issues. After 4 days he came back to the resort to pick up the bike. Easiest, no hassle, best value bike rental I’ve ever encountered!
Highly recommend!!
